This apartment management is horrible (except Brittany). We JUST moved in on February 3, 2022 and have literally been in hell every since. First, upon move in day our apartment was filthy from the old tenants so nothing was clean AT ALL! We had mold on our ceiling and a VERY leaky water heater. Jenny( the VERY rude property manager) came into our apartment with an attitude when we began to point out things that should have been fixed before we even moved in. She took pics but nothing was really... done except they came and treated the mold in the bathroom. Our laundry room stinks due to the water heater leaking so much and the air in our unit has gone COMPLETELY OUT! So we are sitting in 100 degree heat everyday since we have moved in. Me and my boyfriend are literally sweating all day and night and we have to take multiple showers a day just to stay cool. The only thing Jenny can tell us is “y’all are not giving us a chance to fix this”. If we signed a lease paid our deposit AND rent why were these problems not fixed BEFORE WE MOVED IN?? I’ll tell you why, because nobody came and viewed the unit before we moved in. They didn’t even do a walk through with us they just gave us our keys and a paper to fill out. I filled out the paper and I can only name 2 things they’ve done! It’s also other multiple issues as well. Everything in the breaker box is going out and no one has came fixed it. Our faucet in the sink is loose and has water going everywhere! The “maintenance guy” is so inexperienced that it is truly sad. He does not know how to do anything!! Now the office has stopped taking our calls. We haven’t even been offered any kind of apology or anything. We’ve just been told they are doing what they can. On the day of move in there was multiple issues wrong with the Apartment.the then leasing manger did a walk through with me and stated that the issues will be fixed up on move in day.on move in day , none of the repairs were fix a paper was signed with all the imperfections done to the Apartment before I moved in. I sent a email with the same issues in pictures.to remind that nothing has been fixed and I was told it will be in my file and there was nothing to worry about.I was okay with the... imperfection long as I wasn’t charge with the damage.well now I’m being charge for all the issues I pleaded and did my due diligence to make sure I was covered.not only do I not get a deposit back they want me to pay for it! I called and talk to a guy at collections and he honestly seem to care less just that he got money.I was told that because I sent the email and didn’t sign it that it’s invalid.He claim my carpet was damaged and was rip up as if he had been there himself .I felt like with all the switches in management there would be some issues so I took a video of my last moments in my first Apartment and there was no damage to the carpet or anything else .My home was a smoke ,pet and child free I took pride in my home.I ignored all of the issues the dryer took 3 runs to dry your clothes,the air barley work,the wall started to shift and a crack formed, the neighbors smoked so bad it seeped to my apartment and don’t even think about calling to have 24 hr patrol security because it doesn’t exist you’ll have to call the cops Read More
