The move in process was easy to navigate and the staff was helpful. The community is well maintained. I have enjoyed using some of the amenities thus far. I look forward to earning rewards toward my rent.

I love living at the heights, my favorite thing about living here is how clean and safe it is. And two times a month they have amazing parties where residents can connect with neighbors and it is an amazing community.

Love it! Only thing I would say that I don’t like is the neighbors dog barking in the hallways! Both other than that it’s a nice apartment complex!

On July 26, 2025, I arrived at The Heights at Picardy in urgent need of securing an apartment as quickly as possible. From the outset, Ms. Dottie, the leasing agent, demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and efficiency. Within the span of less than an hour, she guided me through the application process, secured my approval, and provided clarity on every detail. To further enhance the experience, she informed me of outstanding move-in incentives, which only confirmed the value of... choosing this community. Remarkably, within 72 hours, I had toured the property, executed my lease, and successfully moved in—a process that was both seamless and stress-free. Since establishing residence, I have been consistently impressed. The property itself is well-maintained, quiet, and thoughtfully designed. The amenities are never overcrowded, allowing for a sense of exclusivity, while the valet trash service provides an unparalleled level of convenience that reflects the management’s commitment to resident comfort. It is rare to encounter a leasing professional who embodies both efficiency and genuine care for prospective residents.
