The Waters has been my favorite apartment complex in BR. The maintenance staff is so kind and so nice to my puppies and the front desk staff are always happy to help. No complaints.

Just moved in nine ambience, great staff, spacious apartments with excellent light and outdoor storage. Also easily accessible and convenient.

Love it here! So many events for the community, and everyone in the office is so professional. You see where all of your rent is going towards. Maintenance is very prompt to respond.
