Great area

The complex is located in a great area. The HOA needs to quickly upgrade the flooring in the common areas.

Old and needs lots of work

The area of these condos is great. Grocery store next door, dry cleaning across the street. However, the condition of the inside of the condos is rather poor. I just bought a unit there and spent about 5000 dollars to get it up to decant standards. I would have preferred to replace the entire floor but that would have just been too much. I would have to say that most if not all units need to be updated with most importantly a new water heater and possibly a stove/oven. There are some washing... machines/dryers in some units but most are old and also outdated. The walls are pretty much all the same color and the entire complex needs to be painted. There is no kitchen exhaust vents just a fan to blow the smoke around if it even works.
