do not recommend if you want to enjoy your home!!
Horrible complex. Horrible upkeep. Dyslexic management. Noisy environment, etc! I would not advise you to move here unless your options are limited!!
I lived here for a year by force as they refused to let me out of my lease. I've dealt with noisy neighbors, they literally allow the chick in 512 to BREED DOGS. so there's 15+ people along with 3 or more animals living in the SAME UNIT on the third floor and disturbing the entire building. They allow this bc the tenant has been here for years,... and they have a friendly relationship. IF YOU HAVE KIDS OR DESIRE PEACE IN ANY WAY, DO NOT MOVE NEAR BUILDING 5 IF YOU MOVE IN THIS DISGUSTING COMPLEX AT ALL.
they pretend to solve problems but really they dont. once you require actual assistance, they stop answering the phones. the office staff sits in the chairs and write fake reviews about the complex all day, this place and everybody in it is a JOKE! cant even complete a proper move out. YALL NEED TRAINING ALL AROOUND THE BOARD. from staff to management to corporate!!

Multiple things wrong in my apartment
I’ve been here since 2022 and I’ve been waiting for a new dryer for a year and a half now and now the dryer doesn’t work anymore at all the guy Brandon is very disrespectful and likes to argue with tenants. How about he closed out my work order for the second time as if the job was done and he never even came to check. Every time I call the office no answer so I walk there just to have someone lie to me about anything I ask. I’m turning my stove on from the circuit breaker, multiple lights not... properly working in my apartment. I was never given new blinds when I moved in it’s just crazy how nothing gets answered with the truth.

Regarding maintenance and neighborhood concerns, please know that we take these... matters seriously and strive to maintain a high standard of living for all residents. We have dedicated teams in place to address maintenance requests promptly and work closely with our onsite Courtesy Officer and local authorities upon notification of any incident that may involve unsavory behavior/activity on our community grounds.
The allegation of theft by our office team is deeply troubling and goes against our values and policies. We want to assure you that we have not received any information to support such a claim. However, we take all allegations seriously and would conduct a thorough investigation into any potential concern of this matter. Any specific details you can share will assist us in this process.
We recently implemented online-only payments effective 1/1/24 to simplify the rent payment process for our residents. Additionally, our property management system allows residents to review their ledger at any time, ensuring transparency in financial matters.
We value open communication and encourage residents to voice their concerns directly to our Community Manager so that we can address them promptly. Please feel free to reach out to us if there are any outstanding matters you would like us to address.

The air conditioner is not working
I moved here since May 2020 and it has been fine. But at the end of June this year, the air conditioner in my place broke down. I live on the third floor, and the temperature at home is close to 90 degrees every day. I went to the office and said it twice. Now it is just a small window air conditioner for our backup. I don't know when to fix this for us. My family with two teenage children is in the heat right now. It is unbearable that the living room and kitchen are like a stove every day ??
