would put 0 if i could ?? management is horrible and always rude, even the lady that answers the phone is horrible. pool is always closed but is listed as an amenity. gate is always broken so if you're looking for safety, it does nothing. maintenance randomly comes in with no warning ( they messed up our door lock last time so our key gets stuck, second time this happened). our ac broke last year and it took WEEKS to get fixed. so far maintenance crew has been pretty nice but clearly theres a... lot of turnover as i've never seen the same person. pictures listed are NOT the same. pest issues all around yet you pay for pest control. we pay $30 a month for trash service but they rarely come. yet rent goes up every year. would never recommend ! One of the things I appreciate most is the range of amenities, including the pool, fitness center, and picnic areas, which add to the overall convenience of living here. The location is also a plus, with easy access to local shops and restaurants.

Horrible complex. Horrible upkeep. Dyslexic management. Noisy environment, etc! I would not advise you to move here unless your options are limited!!

I lived here for a year by force as they refused to let me out of my lease. I've dealt with noisy neighbors, they literally allow the chick in 512 to BREED DOGS. so there's 15+ people along with 3 or more animals living in the SAME UNIT on the third floor and disturbing the entire building. They allow this bc the tenant has been here for years,... and they have a friendly relationship.
IF YOU HAVE KIDS OR DESIRE PEACE IN ANY WAY, DO NOT MOVE NEAR BUILDING 5 IF YOU MOVE IN THIS DISGUSTING COMPLEX AT ALL.

they pretend to solve problems but really they dont. once you require actual assistance, they stop answering the phones. the office staff sits in the chairs and write fake reviews about the complex all day, this place and everybody in it is a JOKE! cant even complete a proper move out. I’ve been here since 2022 and I’ve been waiting for a new dryer for a year and a half now and now the dryer doesn’t work anymore at all the guy Brandon is very disrespectful and likes to argue with tenants. How about he closed out my work order for the second time as if the job was done and he never even came to check. Every time I call the office no answer so I walk there just to have someone lie to me about anything I ask. I’m turning my stove on from the circuit breaker, multiple lights not... properly working in my apartment.
