A great place to live!

My husband and I have lived at the Palms for about 5 months so far and we love it!
Our apartment is a great size with modern features. The management takes great care of grounds with regular grass cutting and a beautiful, clean pool. They are quick to respond to any maintenance requests, and there is regular preventative pest control (which is a big deal for me.)
I did a lot of research before choosing The Palms. I compared their prices, units, and customer service to many other apartments in... Zachary, and I definitely made the right decision.
The Palms at Sunset Lakes is a great place to live!

Zachary’s hidden jewel

Haven’t been here long but I enjoy the complex. Amenities are on par with market price. Small things about the apartment stopped me for giving it 5/5 but the things within the power of management to fix have been addressed. Oh if you decide to stay ask for Patrick! I love his professionalism and positive attitude.
