Property manager, Stacy is awful to work with. Last month they charged us twice for rent due to a new payment system and this month they just pulled from my account for a month which I won’t be living here and they refused to help after rent was pulled twice due to their own faults.

If you also value your privacy, Stacey will always be in your business. If you enjoy swimming with your friends she will call the police instead of just coming tell y’all that you shouldn’t be swimming.

The only... redeeming quality about this place is theyre normally quick to fix things but overall the living experience hasn’t been great and there’s better options in hammond without an overbearing manager.

I recently moved in the creeks and immediately noticed that the air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly in one of the bedrooms. It does not cool down and I wake up in sweats. Notified manager and maintenance and nothing has been done to fix the issue. I was told by the MANAGER Stacy, to go move in the other room. Which the last time I checked I were paying for a 2bdrm not a one bedroom. Save yourself time and money & move somewhere else. I cant wait til my lease is up!!!!
