I’ve lived here for over a year, and it’s quiet most of the time. Staff are very friendly and helpful! I was impressed with how quickly maintenance would get things fixed whenever something needed fixing. Had a few issues the first few months of living here, especially with big roaches kept appearing and freaking me out, and 100s of nats last summer/fall, which maintenance and pet control finally got resolved; but otherwise I really like it here. Price is reasonable, feel safe, and no water... issues from all the rain we get in Louisiana.

Excellent Apartments
The apartments are excellent. I've lived here 3 years and enjoyed it. The apartments are nice and the grounds are pretty and well maintained. The office staff is very friendly and very easy to interact with. Maintenance is taken care of timely and they are very courteous. I would highly recommend the complex.

Great place and neighborhood!
Been here several years and have really enjoyed living here. Easy access to main arteries in Lafayette. Nice apartment with all the ameneties. Repairs are always quick with nice people. The grounds are well kept with plenty of shade trees. Love walking around the property. Friendly neighbors. The property management staff are very courteous and helpfull.

Quiet, Kept Up Community!
If you are looking for a place with low traffic, intentional staff and kept up facilities, don't look anywhere else! Emberwood does a great job at checking in to make sure things are running well, address maintenance issues the next day or give a notice of when they can expect to help you out. Come join the family!!

Great place
Quite place and near everything. Clean pools and clean grounds. Office staff is pleasant and super helpful. Maintenance is quick on work orders
