    Worst place ever this is not Manhattan

    This hands down is the worst place I’ve ever rented from. I’ve rented in several places/States etc. This place is outdated, overpriced, and the staff at the office have a bad attitude. Location is nice but not South beach or Manhattan like they think they are in. Very bad experience from persons in office to the management company in Metairie who the district manager basically will call you a liar. Stay away place was in no condition for tenants when we moved in and we left it way better than we… got it and got a $1500 cleaning bill. STAY AWAY. A lot of nicer places to rent that are way cheaper to.
