Poor management. Poor follow up
This is our second time living here and we can’t leave fast enough. We had leaking French doors from day one. The floors were warped when we moved in and I asked if they would be able to replace the floors. Then it rained and I used 15 towels one night to clean it up. They have caulked , they have sent out the installers and contractors with no result. Last week I called to let them know that it was leaking and was told to put a towel on the floor until they could get someone to look at it again... . That never happened. Now I trying to get out of the remaining lease so that I can move to another place and of course the managers acts like they’ve never heard about the problems we’ve had. They always pass the buck and only put bandaides on the problems. The whole complex is out to start falling apart. We’re scared to walk out to our balcony as the floor gives in when you try walking across. Never coming back!!
