I love living here. The staff does several events for us and we even get free food. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The apartment is very clean and relaxing. The movie theater and the pool are so nice and I love going there with my friends.

10/10 LIVING EXPERIENCE
I love living at The Quarters. The maintenance team is very timely with requests, and the office staff is super friendly. Additionally, it’s the perfect walking distance to UL. 10/10!

Great Community
I've lived here for 3 years now, and it is honestly a truly great community. I've formed many great relationships with my roommates because of The Quarters and would recommend it to incoming students.

Living space
I love it here. it has nice bathrooms and a kitchen, I never had no issues with the appliances and it has a lot of space for decorating if interested.

Great for college students
I enjoy living at the quarters. I had random placement roommates and they are now my best friends and I also just enjoy living here. It’s close to campus and the apartments are nice.
