All other incomes such as child support, EBT, disability payments, etc., are considered in this calculation. Upload these documents to Turbo Tenant for consideration.
After your application and background check are processed and approved, we will notify you. Upon notification of approval, we will require payment for first month's rent and security deposit (an equal amount to the monthly rent). Payments can be made through Zelle, money order, personal check, or certified checks. All checks can be made out to My Space Apartments. We require payment before you sign the rental contract and receive a key to your apartment.
