Not worth it
I lived at Greentree for about 4-5 years. They use cheap materials (paint, cabinets, appliances) and take forever to fix problems (I had a leak in my ceiling and it took them a week to even look at it). I’ve had mold problems multiple times and they don’t do anything about it, if they do they just paint over it (and when they do paint over it they don’t open the window). Find yourself a better place, it’s cheaper than most places for a reason.
