Nasty infested with bed bugs

Just moved in and this complex is infested with insects. I have never in my life had bed bugs and this complex is infested with them. We have been here 1 month and im ready to leave. Never have hot water, when you do have hot water you'll be showering, sleeping, and cooking with roaches. The lady in the office is never there. This place is so sick i have never lived like this before. I would give this place a no star review if i could. Cheap rent, but you get what you pay for.
