The staff is so helpful, I love the manager (Mr.Keith) he is very helpful. The studios are a nice size and the floor plan actually made sense, not just an open room.

Very disappointing experience. They charged me extra fees and refused to return my deposit, claiming I damaged the carpet — even though I was rarely at home and barely used it. Be cautious, as they will try everything possible to charge you additional money.

This Apartment is a good choice. They have a friendly and accommodating office staff. What I like it here because of the gated set up, It feels like more safe. Nearby Groceries, Pharmacies, Hospitals, Malls are available.

Great community, friendly neighbors, fast maintenance, no complaints! Perfect space for anyone living alone. And it is conveniently close to everything you would need. I just wish there was a fan in the “bedroom” lol

I've been living in the Peppertree community comfortably for three years. I am a retired senior citizen, who feels safe every single day. The management is extremely friendly and very responsive towards any concern which needs to be addressed. I appreciate the respect, attention to detail, and their ability to create a welcoming unique environment.
