We had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire team made us feel welcomed the moment we walked through the door. Our leasing consultant was exceptional—professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right apartment. They took the time to thoroughly explain the floor plans, amenities, lease terms, and answered every question we had without ever making us feel rushed.

What really stood out was that members of the management team also came… out to introduce themselves and provide additional information. That level of involvement says a lot about how they value customer service and the experience of future residents. Everyone we encountered was friendly, approachable, and willing to help.

The community itself was well-maintained, clean, and inviting, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. You can tell the staff takes pride in both the property and the people they serve. It’s refreshing to visit a place where everyone works together to make such a positive impression.

I lived here for about 3 years. There was always an issue; water boiler being broken, a/c not working properly, and roaches. I also don’t recommend living here if you hate weed smells, almost everyone who lives here smokes marijuana or cigarettes. They will smoke it inside & on their balcony & management will do nothing about it. Maintenance takes their time & will come fix your issues when they feel like it. The rent being charged is not worth the experience of living here.

Highly recommend looking elsewhere. We’ve lived here for a year and it’s been issue after issue. The hot water boiler goes out all the time, the ac’s don’t work correctly, the ceilings have water damage spots that have just been painted over. During a storm, the siding and parts of a balcony fell off onto people’s cars. It still hasn’t been fixed. The walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors using the bathroom if you’re in there too. They’ve also raised the rent without doing any… improves to the property. And there’s a $892 fee if you don’t let them know within 60 days if you are moving out. Read More
