I lived here for about 3 years. There was always an issue; water boiler being broken, a/c not working properly, and roaches. I also don’t recommend living here if you hate weed smells, almost everyone who lives here smokes marijuana or cigarettes. They will smoke it inside & on their balcony & management will do nothing about it. Maintenance takes their time & will come fix your issues when they feel like it. The rent being charged is not worth the experience of living here.

Highly recommend looking elsewhere. We’ve lived here for a year and it’s been issue after issue. The hot water boiler goes out all the time, the ac’s don’t work correctly, the ceilings have water damage spots that have just been painted over. During a storm, the siding and parts of a balcony fell off onto people’s cars. It still hasn’t been fixed. The walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors using the bathroom if you’re in there too. They’ve also raised the rent without doing any... improves to the property. I have lived at Chateau Napoleon for a year now and it has been a constant struggle. It is nothing like what it looks like in the pictures. The first day I moved in there were several cosmetic issues. After having my car broken into and my friend’s with zero assistance from staff, I was so frustrated. Both cars were locked. I requested video footage and was told a manager would contact me and never did even after I called again. Several residents were being harassed for money on numerous... occasions inside the gate including myself. The same guy is always there trying to scam people for money and yet again nothing done by staff. It doesn’t help that the gate is always broken including right now as I type this. Also having my rent continually changing amounts without explanation, I cannot live here anymore. I pay month to month at the moment and put in a 30 day notice after explaining all these frustrations. I was told I would have to pay a fee, understandable, but they couldn’t tell me what the fee was. Now as I get home I have a paper saying I have to pay over $800 to move out. Excellent administration, clean and they attend to your needs always

These people will come in your home, without notice or warning, no matter how many times you ask them to call your first, they want you to pay rent and do whatever they want like if you don’t have rights. I been waiting for someone to come because I had glue coming up in between the floors for 3 months now but they come in and out my apartment when they see fit. My lease is almost up tho thank god!!!
