I moved here around end of September 2025, the managers and maintenance have been absolutely amazing! They always answer any questions I have and go above and beyond! I highly recommend it here!

Don’t waste your time there!

I was told the income requirement was 3x the monthly rent, but after submitting my application, they denied me claiming I needed to make 6x the rent. That requirement was not what was stated in the original terms.

They are also extremely difficult to reach, calls go unanswered and emails can take forever to get a response. On top of that, they do not accept credit/debit cards for payments, which means you have very limited options to dispute charges if something goes wrong.

My husband and I… also felt like there was profiling happening during the application process, which made the experience even more concerning and uncomfortable.

Overall, the entire process felt misleading and unnecessarily difficult. I would strongly recommend doing your research and thinking twice before giving them your application fee or personal information.

We are so sorry you feel this way. We do have company policies and procedures in play as well as being governed by Federal Law that everyone must qualify the same. We can not show special treatment. Our policy is gross income of 3.5 x's the… monthly rental amount. However, if you are financially responsible for another household that amount does go to 6 x's. We do accept debit and credit payments once you are a resident. However, that option is not available for an applicant. We apologize if you feel this is a difficult process and wish you all the best.

Maintenance Department

I just want to say that Sil the maintenance man at Pinnacle is the best. Any issue in the apartment I know for sure it is taken care of no matter the time of day or night. I feel reassured being that my son is there for school and I live 2 hours away. Pinnacle is very lucky to have a guy that cares and does his job well!! My son has lived here for 3 years and we love these apartments.

Management needs improving

The apartments are great; however, the management does not know how to manage things and is inconsiderate of their tenants. This also applies to their answering services, but not their maintenance employees.

Nice Apartments

I love the fact that maintenance really cares and connects with the community to ensure things are fixed right away. The grounds guy is very persistent in keeping the grounds looking amazing.
