Home away from home

Property is well managed, maintained and safe. I have a two bedroom and it is very spacious. On the few occasions that I have needed something fixed, it was done promptly.

Distrustful Place

Not worth the money. My neighbors smoke pot and it constantly comes through my vents so I’m forced to smell it as well as my guest. The maintenance man informed me recently there was a home invasion here a few years ago. I’m leaving this place when my lease is up in February.

Excellent place to call home.

Being college students from out of town we weren't sure where to look off campus. We happen to drive past Signature Place and decided to pop in to see what was available. The staff is amazing. If you need any of them for anything they will go above and beyond to help. No hassle to get approved. We have been here 2 years and love it! We all have the managers cell phone number and can text anytime with an issue and she has it fixed ASAP! The parking lot is almost complete so that will be awesome.… Great place to live. We love it!

Nice place

This is actually a nice place to live. I have a two bdrm apt and feel like u have plenty of room when I have family over. I have oversized furniture that fits in the space nicely. The spare room is a library/workout room when not being used by visitors. You're allowed to hang art but not allowed to paint. The walls are a beige color...at least it's not white.
The kitchen is small but you can fit two ppl in there if you wanted to. My neighbors keep to themselves mostly. They tend to play their… music loud but I turn on the vent in the attached bathroom to drown out the noise. Works everytime:) The only thing that needs to get fixed is the parking lot! There are three potholes. It is definitely annoying but not a deterrence from living here. I keep meaning to bring it up to them so maybe it will be fixed by the time you move in:)
