Management is very unorganized, unbothered by tenant issues. Information is always different depending on who you speak to, and any and all issues experienced where bc of bad information from management and was treated as an “ oh well “

I was living here till I got a job out of state and moved. I did all the things they asked and got my deposit back before the 30 days was up. I like the place and manager and maintenance made sure everything was right. If I had a problem they take care of it. I would still be living here if I was in ruston.

I'm very disappointed with management my son moved out 44 days ago. When I called and spoke with management in April I was told my son needed to write a letter stating he was moving out 30 days in advanced and also he had to leave a forward address (that was done). He had to pay his next month rent if he didn't want this reported to credit bureau if his rent was not paid for the month of June (that was done). He had to return his key when he moved out (that was done). His apartment had to be… clean (that was done). Everything worked perfectly fine. He always paid rent on time days before rent was due. When I called management concerning my son's refund her response was you didn't receive it yet. I told her no and I would be calling her at the end of the week. As of July 8, 2018 my son has not received his refund . So why wouldn't you (management) keep your promise?

Management is very unpleasant and unconcerned. Assistance in the office have very bad attitudes , they mix up information and are unorganized. Upon moving out management takes 30 days to get your deposit check to the right department, and another 3 weeks for standard enterprise to send your money. Management is unconcerned and only worried about rent.
