There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm-8 am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. Only one towel per guest per stay is provided. No outside guests are allowed without permission. The maximum combined weight for pets is 40lbs, and Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds are not allowed. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through a verification portal. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old for out of town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
