No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The unit is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined.
