Parking spots are limited, but you can secure your spot by booking in advance. Video surveillance may be used in public areas. Early check-in or late check-out options may be available for an upgrade fee. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy, and extra guests or visitors are not permitted without management consent, with violators charged a $200 to $500 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited, resulting in immediate eviction and a $500 fine. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius must contact the host before booking. The traveler must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with violations incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., with violators charged a $200 fine.
