The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy, and extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, with violators charged a $200 to $500 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited, resulting in immediate eviction and a $500 fine. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius must contact the host before booking. The traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
