Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. A $500 penalty will be assessed for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed. There is a $75/hr late fee for checking out late. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined) and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] are allowed. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length will be collected separately. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.
