Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of two pets are allowed (40lbs combined), but Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds are prohibited. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, will be collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule.
