Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old. One towel per guest per stay is provided.
