My name is Alorea Gilyot. I started working at the age of 5 in my grandparents’ snoball stand on South Robertson Street in uptown New Orleans. I assisted in my first in real estate transaction when I found a house for a coworker in 1993. It was then that I decided to begin my real estate career. I began as a part time agent while continuing to teach in the New Orleans Public School system. After teaching for 32 years, I retired in 2018 and now my focus is to assist my real estate clients in their transactions. With over 32 years of experience in the real estate industry, I work diligently to meet my client’s expectations and work cooperatively with all involved to ensure that there is a successful ending for each and every transaction. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my husband of 37 years, our two children, our dog and traveling. When relaxing at home, I enjoy watching HGTV, Game Show Network, Food Network and movies. I’M LOCAL. I’M GLOBAL!
