Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 8am. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is needed before booking.
A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking, and the traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
