Hop on a nearby streetcar and you’ll find yourself in the heart of the French Quarter and Bourbon Street in less than 10 minutes. The townhouse is also within walking distance to restaurants and shops and close to one of the Mardi Gras routes.
Video surveillance may be used in public areas. Gatherings of more than 8 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. Violators will be charged a $200 to $500 fine. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. Must climb stairs. Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
A remote work-friendly environment is provided with Wi-Fi access throughout the townhouse.
