Shelley was raised in New Orleans and currently lives and works in the French Quarter. She has a strong appreciation for Our Historic Neighborhoods and properties and has been involved in numerous Condo developments, as well as Condo, Residential, and Commercial properties with special emphasis in the French Quarter. Her background before becoming a realtor is in sales and Marketing. Two years were spent in Kiev Ukraine, during the reconstruction period of the New Republics. While initially taking the position to implement a Cellular/Paging Company, she became involved in the purchase and business development of the first privatized Radio Station in the country of the Ukraine, subsequently adding nine more stations across the country. During this period of time, she also worked in real estate development in the city of Kiev. Shelley has been a licensed Louisiana Realtor since 2003 and has received multiple Gold and Platinum Sales Awards from both Latter & Blum and New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors. In 2011, she was awarded Top Sales Agent of Latter & Blum’s Historic Districts office and won the Super Star award for New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors.
