Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day, and guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. All guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out.
