The management and staff at Canal 1535 are very warm and attentive. They all go the extra mile to help residents, especially Jessica, the security guard. The building is generally clean aside from the occasional trash/neglect in the elevator. All other amenities are very clean. I recently did a review of my apartment and mentioned an issue with a drawer and the maintenance man showed up an hour later, without me having to submit a request. Its great to see that if I ever have any issues with my... apartment, they staff is receptive and responsive. The building is also safe, with many checkpoints needing a fob. I live on the I10 and hospital side of the building, so it is quite loud at night. Aside from that, I would recommend Canal 1535.
