I’ve really enjoyed living here! The staff is always friendly, maintenance is quick to help, and the community is clean and well maintained. It’s been a great place to call home, and I’d definitely recommend it!

Chris (property manager), Rebecca (leasing professional), and Michelle (assistant property manager) at the front desk are amazing. All the staff are super accommodating. Property is well kept and maintained by the maintenance crew. Definitely recommend.

The Waters at Hammond is an excellent place to reside at. The staff here are very polite and our very experienced in what they do. The community seems very quiet with no issues of noise since I've moved here. I highly recommend it here if you ate looking for a new place to stay.

The waters at Hammond is the best apartment complex to move to. Coming from a place that never cared about maintenance or repairs, this place has shown such a big difference for me and I haven’t even been here for a year. It truly it such a great place to live and I would for sure suggest everyone to live here.
