I love the location, my apartment is older but clean and spacious. The staff is great and friendly. The elevator are always operational, and the gym is excellent, including the sauna.

I love the apartment community here! My neighbors are extremely nice! It’s always clean and smells amazing in the lobby and halls! I e experience the alarm going off a couple of times randomly, without notice. It’s a bit annoying, but thankful it was taken care of rather quickly!

Great job by personnel in the office - attending to things i dont have control over while im offshore working. They've done a good job handling things for me as far things being delivered.

I like the people who live here. I also like the facilities, they're very clean and maintained. Lastly, I like the amenities of the building - the pool is great!

Living at The Esplanade at City Park has been a mix of pros and cons, but overall, it’s been a good experience. The location is hard to beat—it's in a beautiful part of the city with a lot to do nearby, and it feels pretty peaceful. The building itself has some nice features that make daily life convenient and enjoyable. There’s a sense of community here that I really appreciate, and most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Like any place, there are occasional issues—some things take longer... to get addressed than you'd hope, and not everything is always perfect. But for the most part, it’s a comfortable and enjoyable place to live. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a laid-back lifestyle with good access to the best parts of New Orleans.
