There’s always something not working however, the maintenance people comes to fix it and usually get it done. There’s also the smell of cigarettes late a night for some reason.

Everyone is super nice and the residents are friendly. Amenities are great and always being serviced. Pet friendly and they do stuff for the community that other apartments don’t.

Best location in the city of New Orleans. According to TimeOut it’s #7 out of 40 thr coolest neighborhoods in the world.
I have to agree. It’s like living in a resort worth so amenities I don’t think I have enough space to list…lol Love love The Eaplanade!??????
