Very pleased with all services offered by Esplanade at the Park. This property is run ship shape. The office is always extremely helpful to me all of the time. Maintenance always handles my problems in a timely matter. I am very thankful and pleased with all services provided by the entire staff. I am very happy living at the Esplanade at the Park. Hope it stays that way.

The Esplanade at City Park is a genuinely great place to live, offering excellent value. Its greatest strengths are the ideal location near city park and the spacious apartments. The rent is highly competitive because all utilities are included, which is a significant financial benefit compared to similar local options. Furthermore, management has successfully repaved the parking lot and installed new elevators, which speaks to a commitment to quality.
While the positives are strong, a few... operational aspects are not. The central HVAC system is limited to "heat or cool only," which can lead to temporary discomfort during mild seasonal changes. The fire alarm system is also very sensitive, resulting in frequent, disruptive alarms. Lastly, the communal laundry, while functional & on every floor, are in need of modernization as they break frequently.
Ultimately, the Esplanade's combination of size, value, and prime location makes it highly recommended, despite these challenges.

The activities are fun and everyone is extremely friendly. If the washer's and dryer's weren't always broken, this place would be almost perfect.

I loved how welcoming was Ms. heather. She was so excited to help with anything we needed. I love how spacious the parking lot is. Complex has a lot of amenities.

My only problem with the community is the type of people living in the building they dump garbage in the parking lot from their cars,They’re not responsible pet owners in many ways, there should be a limit on the size and weight
