The Esplanade at City Park offers spacious apartments plans that stand out compared to similarly priced options. Inclusive utilities add to the convenience, and the location is unbeatable, with proximity to the fairgrounds, Bayou St. John, City Park, and numerous restaurants.

However, maintenance services can be slow and may require multiple visits to resolve issues. Some amenities are outdated and need upgrades, particularly the laundry equipment. We have a desperate need for new washers and... dryers. My reviews would raise from 3 to 5 stars specifically if we got new washers and dryers because their frequent failure impacts my experience that much!

Wonderful view, amazing staff, & great amenities! Definitely family friendly & the perfect choice. The apartment itself is gorgeous & I don’t think you can pick a better location.

This is a wonderful place to live with many fun events. Downside is that maintenance is often slow to fix issues and washers are always broken.

I appreciate the safety and attention that management gives to taking care of their residents and community in general.

I very much enjoy the many amenities that are provided— especially secured parking, a secured package room, and the general appearance of the property itself.

The residents and staff no one another and very much value an open line of communication.

I’ve been here since 2011 and don’t plan to live anywhere else in New Orleans!

Management is professional and courteous and caring. The leasing agent Heather is very knowledgeable and helpful and respectful and also the maintenance man was courteous and helpful
