I love living here!

The community is beautiful and I love my apartment. The office staff is always friendly and helpful and maintenance is on top of everything. I highly recommend living here!

A Great Apartment That Keeps Getting Better

We’ve been living in Lumina since January. It has a phenomenal location in Mid-City (it’s SO nice being able to walk to the grocery store) and the apartments themselves are spacious with really nice design touches that go a long way. There’s a massive pool and some really nice shared spaces too. I work remotely and I can honestly say it’s a nice space through and through. Management’s also recently made efforts to improve the property even further (new carpets, new flooring, new furniture, etc.)… and it’s just nice to see that they’re actively focused on making the property better.

I also have to call out how amazing the maintenance team is. Rory and Ted are incredibly kind and down to earth, and they’ve gone above and beyond to help us more than once. Any issue we’ve had has been dealt with really quickly, and it’s clear to see that they genuinely care about helping out the residents.

All in all, Lumina’s a great place to live and we can’t recommend it enough!
