Great location and the price is decent. Parking is ampler and the management is very efficient. Parking is a monthly fee and is reasonable compared to other communities

Poor communication at first, had to call multiple times right up to the date we were suppose to move in for any information regarding our move in! Moving in from another state that made things really difficult to plan because there was such little communication.... since then things have been good. I'm hoping that wasn't setting the tone for how living here will go but we're staying positive that it won't be and it was just a little bumpy start. So far the apartment itself and the... area/location/amenities are all checking out to our expectations.

The garages in building 1 are always open. Major security risk. Also, the units are great but need some more car when putting up the unit for lease.

I love living at Lumina. It is in a great area with access to many restaurants and the greenway/bayou are great for running. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly and the overall amenities and community is great.
