Walnut Square

The property needs to be renovated. Everything breaks and they are not in a rush to fix anything. There is not enough staff to man the property its not safe there have been 2 murders and numerous breaking in to cars. Security is a joke they are either sleeping the car or not visual. The office staff is really not doing anything never available to see tenants for concerns only excuse is to say they are short handed and they work with the most important issues. The manager is a horrible! The only concern to these people is rent! They couldn't care less about your living conditions! Leaking roof for over a year, subjected to second hand smoke from Neighbors & the only thing they care about is rent. If they were subjected to the same conditions, certainly things would change. I've never experienced such heartlessness!

I hate the apartments the rooms are very small, the parking is utterly ridiculous there are no assigned parking spots so if you have a full time job and not home by 3pm you will have to be inconvienced by parking several buildings away which is really dangerous at night. I hate living in these apartments can't wait until my lease is up to relocate. SIGN, one of their tenants... Yasha M.

nice place great people staff wonderful Unlike other apartments in this area, it has a large courtyard with a pool, lounge chairs and dining tables.
