Floods, terrible ac, emergency responders there all the time

Whole complex floods every July. Lived here for 2 years and the first year thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. Thought maybe it was an especially rainy season. Wrong. We filed a maintenence request and were not kept informed about anything happening or why there was water flowing through our downstairs area. Then it flooded again a few weeks later. Then again the next summer. Management gave us no help in the cleanup or explanations. The AC unit in our apartment was installed… improperly and never cooled effeciently the entire two years. Multiple maintenence requests were made. My roomate, who was a certified HVAC tech, ended up have to tinker with it consistently to even have it work. He also said the connections that were used in the system were ancient and practically illegal. Emergency responders were there practically every weekend for some reason or other wether it be apartment fires or just ER calls. Really wouldnt reccomend.

apartments are infested with roaches and are dirty. in the process of breaking my lease after living here 2 weeks. don’t let the old pictures fool you

Amazing Staff

All the staff in the apartments are amazing. We have lived in a number of different neighborhoods, the friendliness and service of the staff in these apartments sets the standard apart from other places. The management and maintenance staff, in particular, should be commended for going above and beyond and making us feel at home.

Kind Staff

The apartment is fully furnished, and really just has everything someone could need. The kitchen has a good selection of pots, pans and cutlery. The bedroom has plenty of space, and the bed is very comfortable. The staff at these Apartments are always kind and helpful. They take care of work requests in a punctual manner. Honestly, I would absolutely suggest staying with this company if you are renting an apartment.

Excellent place for living!

My husband and I lived in these apartments for almost 2 years, and we LOVED it :) The staff is so friendly and helpful! I can't say enough good things about him. The on-site resident manager is super nice too and he's always there if you have questions or need help with something. They were prompt to fix any problems in our apartment. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends!
