First-Timer

I've lived here for the past 1 year and have had my fair share of ups and downs with the apartment place, however it has been pleasant living here for the most part. Management slightly changed since then, but they stay vigilant in helping their tenants feel at ease. Repairmen service comes in promptly and addresses issues well. No complaints here, just wish there were fewer bugs around but that's to be expected when living near a forest-y region.

Extremely Pleased

Our new assistant manager Kareka is God sent! She is patient ,knowledgeable, and understanding to her tenants. I have been living at this property for 4 months and wasn’t aware of things I was paying for nor some of the amenities this property has. Kareka sat with me and explained everything with me and made sure I received a trash can that I’m paying for as well as a gym key . Even after all that she called and checked on me Monday morning. Best Service I’ve received at this property!

Have been here for 2.5 years and 3 owners / management changes have occured. Systems and ownership should stabilize so residents know what to expect.
