Love it!
I've been living at Birchwood for two years and I think it's great. It's safe, it's clean, it's quiet. Whether you want to sirens quiet nights at home, or want to have a free friends over to barbeque and have a few drinks, it's no problem (within reason). The neighbors are nice, the grounds are meticulously maintained, it's close to downtown Amesbury and Newburyport. Groceries, movie theaters, parks, beaches, restaurants, bars...whatever you need, is a stone's throw away. It's a really... nice place to live.
One correction: the elementary school for this district is Cashman, not Bresnahan.

Living under a microscope
If you enjoy small town living move into Birchwood Pointe. Everyone will know everyone's business because the condo president, Tracy is a busybody. She's constantly "patrolling". I'm thankful to have moved. The halls smell like weed and people even have dogs which is not allowed. So if you're into people gossiping about you and feel like you're being watched and judged. Move in!
They do keep the grounds nice. The only plus.
