False claims of availability

This property has been claiming for the last three weeks that there are units available. It turns out that there’s a 4 month waiting period and that there are not units available. So if one is in need of an immediate home, don’t waste your time filling out this application.

Third floor unit in a large complex. Decent sized bedrooms with large closets. Open concept 12'x24' living/dining space with a small kitchenette. Coin op laundry in basement. Security entrance. Assigned parking space for one vehicle. Management on site. Cats allowed.
