They increased the rent around $200 in 2022 but no improvement to the apartment unit at all. They constructed a new leasing office maybe they wanted to cover that expense from residents.

It's almost unlivable in summer due to heat, they have one century old window type AC unit for whole apartment in Living area and that barely cools up the living area. It does not cool the rooms at all, so you will need your own portable AC unit for each room. (Yes they don't allow window type ACs)

When you… have few friends inside it gets worse, you need another AC unit to cool the living area because their very old window type AC unable cool down even the living area by it self.

With all these issues you are supposed to pay the rent like other new apartments where they have the newest appliances, central AC, pool. My advice is to keep this place as the last resort and look anywhere else. Read More

i c urrently live here with my wife and two kids and we dont like it at all. they increased our rent more than a $100 a month with one month left before we had to agree to renew our lease. good luck finding a new place and moving in a month with a family of 4. they dont care about the lives of the tenants at all. all they care about is your money. just terrible ppl.

I moved out a few months ago because they increase my rent by $250 a month with no improvements to the grounds or property. I found that an apartment complex a few minutes away offers fantastically better grounds, buildings, and facilities for $50 less. In the past I have been offered a rent decrease once landlords found I was a good tenant who paid rent early.

The staffing in the office is very poor. Often they are not in the office during business hours which makes it difficult to pick up… packages. Staff does not respect schedules when entering for repair. They can also be very rude depending on the day. You never know what to expect. Apparently the property is for sale, maybe new management will help.

The grounds are not up kept. There is litter and pet waste all over the property. There are no cameras so non residents use the dumpsters. Other strange people pick through the trash.

I think they rent the apartment to young students who have very loud vehicles. Altercations can be heard at night as well as barking dogs. Maybe this would be a good place for a student. Families should look elsewhere, especially if you wish to stay long term. Read More
