Let me introduce myself.

I am a 26 year old violin teacher, mathematician, and amateur bodybuilder who owns a house. I have decided to devote my life to the improvement of humanity. I don't plan to rent this house out just for the sake of money, I don't need much money to survive. I plan to rent this house out for the sake of bettering your life by providing you housing.

I am also planning to go to graduate school to acquire a Phd in pure or applied math. One of my goals in life is to become an autodidactic polymath.

I live an unconventional life, and I do practice the violin quite a bit at times (I'm talking anywhere between 0-12 hours and no, in case you are wondering, I'm serious). I am willing to compromise about possible noise nuisance issues, and I aim to avoid being a nuisance by possibly modifying my practice schedule or moving my practices to a different location of the property.

Here is my goal: I aim to protect the rights of those who smoke and those who don't. I am 420 and tobacco friendly. As for drugs, I will not try to enforce anything unless you create a problem that is obviously and consistently bothering me and/or your neighbors. In other words, if I find that your smoking/behavior is bothering any other tenants in the building, this will be a problem we need to work out.
