The Val

The Val provides overpriced apartments with promised amenities broken before you even move in. My air conditioning in my unit has not worked properly since the day I moved in and only temporary fixes have been made. The maintenance team has been polite and helpful in ways they can, but no permanent fix has been made in my first two months here. They installed window units as a temporary fix, and between those and the fact that when the air does go out while I’m away and continues to blow the… fans trying to cool the apartment, my energy bill has likely significantly increased. Considering I moved in at the beginning of the summer, I would hope to have working A/C, but most days I return home from work to an apartment that is close to 80°. Moving in here was well put together. We had all questions answered. I recommend that you check out this place. You will be pleasantly surprised.

The Val is a great community, that combines the feel of down town Boston and the freshness of suburb leaving. Strategicaly located close to major highways, -95 and 495, and major shopping centers. It offers great amenities, gym, work space, pool, fireplace and burbacue areas are my favorite. If you love hotels, leaving at the Val will give you that feel as well.??

Overall, The Val is a nice apartment complex that provides many amenities to their leaseholders. Although there are some areas that could be improved, the staff seems to care about their residents and they do what they can to improve their living experience.
