Terrible experience. Management gives conflicting information, does not follow through on promises, and is extremely difficult to get clear answers from. Issues go unresolved despite repeated follow-ups, and the overall experience has been frustrating and unreliable.

Unable to fix air conditioning for months now. Staff is very helpful however management is very difficult to get in contact with for any sort of problem.

Love everything about this place. There are just a few little annoying amenity issues that hopefully will get fixed. I also wish there was someone at the front desk more often.
