Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available for an extra charge on a first-come, first-served basis. The apartment is professionally cleaned and disinfected between every stay. A Pack n' Play or high-top chair is available upon request for $10 per night. There is a $100 lock-out fee.

Self check-in and check-out are available for your convenience. A welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival, including property information. Arrival instructions with a navigational application will be sent three days prior to arrival. A 'Meet and Greet' can be set up with our team based on request and availability. Should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee, which will be communicated prior to confirmation of your reservation.
