Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee due to special cleaning requirements after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available for an extra charge on a first-come, first-served basis. The apartment is professionally cleaned and disinfected between every stay. A Pack n' Play and high-top chair are available upon request for $10 per night. There is a $100 lockout fee.

After your reservation has been confirmed, a contract outlining the basic house rules will be emailed to you for review and signature.
