Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is very difficult to find and expensive. We have a few spaces that are 1 mile from the building. If you need parking, please let us know ahead of time. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Key access is via a secure lockbox just a 3-minute walk from the building. Keys will be in a lockbox located at a 6-minute walk from the unit. There is a $150 lost key fee.
