Ideally situated, this penthouse is just 10-15 minutes away from Kendall/MIT, Harvard Square, Downtown Boston, Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Seaport District, Logan International Airport, Longwood Medical Center, MGH, Boston Medical Center, and Tufts Medical Center.
Quiet times are from 9pm to 9am. No smoking and no events are allowed. Violators will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. Smoking violations will incur a $1000 fee. All guests over 18 are required to submit a copy of their ID. Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave and do not keep any food in the bedroom. All food and beverage leftovers must be trashed outside the apartment.
