The apartment features... soaring ceilings, hardwood floors, a renovated kitchen with granite countertops, and plenty of wood cabinetry. The spacious living room includes a sleeper sofa, work desk, dining table, and flatscreen TV. The cozy bedroom is outfitted with a plush queen pillow-top bed. Coin-operated laundry is located in the building’s lower level. The elevator is small.
Pets are considered on a case by case basis. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available at $15 per night. Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play and high top chair available upon request for $10 per night. There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.

You are located a 1-minute walk from Cleveland Circle and 15 minutes from Washington Square, with several shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. You are within a 3–5 minute walk to all three Green Line trains (B, C, D lines). You can take the Green Line trains directly to Copley Square, Downtown Boston, Boston Common, Park Street, Fenway, Kenmore, and the Longwood Medical Area hospitals.
